Café Skjalms Have is located on Akademigrunden in the heart of Sorø – surrounded by green trees, historic buildings and tranquility. Here, craftsmanship, nature and coffee culture meet in a relaxed environment where you can breathe a little deeper.

We have created the place as a natural gathering point for everyone who appreciates a good cup of coffee.

The café is run in direct collaboration with our own roastery. Each bean is carefully selected for its flavor, balance and history.

We roast in small batches so you always get fresh coffee – brewed with respect for the raw material.
