Bergamot - Floral - Blackcurrant
This beautiful coffee is grown in the eastern part of the Sidama region in Ethiopia, at an altitude of over 1800 meters under the shade of the mountain trees.
The coffee is light to medium roasted and offers exciting notes of bergamot and a pleasant, sweet acidity. It is a semi-natural coffee, which means that the beans undergo a light fermentation for two days before being washed. This process gives the coffee a pleasant and delicate vinosity.
